Censia users rejoice!
The new Censia Chrome Extension is now available online, and makes using Censia easier (and dare we say: more fun!) than ever before.

The Censia Chrome extension allows Censia users to review and rate the candidates on their slate directly while looking at a Social Profile such as LinkedIn or GitHub. It is the perfect tool for those later-stage slate reviews, after you’ve already built your ideal candidate model, and are looking to get more insights into your candidates and narrow down your slate.
The extension will add a small pop-up to the top right of your screen when you’re on a Social Media site and viewing profiles who are already in your slate.
The small pop-up will contain the following:
- The great fit, good fit, bad fit toggle, which automatically updates the candidate slate
- X-Factor Insights, including:
- Company Events (IPO, M&A, Hypergrowth, etc.)
- Diversity Insights
- Experience Insights
- and more
How to Use the the Censia Chrome Extension
Once you install the extension, you’ll need to head back to Talent Intelligence to log in (if you haven’t already) and reload the page. After this, the extension will be live and active.
Now that you have installed the extension, you can click on a Social Profile from within your slate of candidates. Once the Social Profile loads, you can click on the Censia Chrome Companion Icon from your extensions in your web browser.
Please note: The chrome extension is not automatically pinned. You will have to pin it from within your Extension Menu in the Chrome Web Browser.
Once you have it pinned, you can start working through your slate of candidates. You can view Candidate insights that help when you’re marking candidates as Great Fit, Good Fit, or Bad Fit all from within the extension. These changes will reflect directly in your slate view.
Finally, Censia Users will be able to report wrong profiles directly from within the extension, which will either skip that user and navigate to the next profile from your slate or replace that profile with the correct profile (if we have multiple profiles available for the target candidate).
