Censia Makes Forbes Next 1000 List

Censia CEO Joanna Riley

Censia is proud to announce that our CEO Joanna Riley was named to the first cohort of 250 standout entrepreneurs on the Forbes Next 1000 list.

The Forbes Next 1000 list is the first-of-its-kind initiative designed to spotlight bold and inspiring entrepreneurs pioneering disruptive technologies. The judges for the Forbes Next 1000 list included a panel of A-list leaders in every sector, from LinkedIn Co-Founder Reid Hoffman to Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg, Founder & Managing Partner of Cowboy Ventures and board member of All Raise Aileen Lee and Vice Chairman of Starbucks Mellody Hobson.

Censia was chosen by Forbes due to its being a mission-based business that aims to transform one of the biggest and most important industries in the world: human capital management. Censia transforms the industry by creating ethical AI-powered Talent Intelligence that enables companies to make unbiased, data-driven decisions about their employees, job applicants, and workforce as a whole.

The judges also appreciated that rather than create a new platform, Censia chose a headless API strategy that allows companies to add Talent Intelligence directly to their existing software suite, dramatically accelerating adoption of the product as well as the social impact Censia delivers.
