Joanna Riley is an entrepreneur, advocate, and mentor for diversity in technology, and the CEO and Co-Founder of Censia. Censia was built to transform the way enterprise companies hire talent, its platform is a true system of intelligence for the enterprise, predictively matching the most in-demand people to opportunities at scale, powered by AI.
Prior to Censia Joanna was the co-founder and CEO of 1-Page, a SaaS solutions provider in the Talent Acquisition sector. In 2014 she led 1-Page to a successful IPO, and onto the S&P/ASX 300 by 2016.
Before 1-Page, she experienced two successful acquisitions of her companies, was part of the International Training Unit for the FBI, was a national rower, and earned her BA degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia where she was a full scholarship athlete.

Bruce has been involved with Technical Program Management for over 20 years across software vendors, large institutions and start-ups. Bruce has spent the majority of his time focused on constructing and optimizing technical systems oriented to generate new revenue streams. Bruce has a passion for building, whether it be teams, software, policy or infrastructure. Bruce has served in numerous executive roles including CTO, COO, Director of Trading Technology, and Director of Product Management.
Bruce joined Censia to empower society with a better workforce paradigm where talent is matched appropriately to roles.
Amy is deeply passionate about understanding and nurturing the growth of people, the biggest asset of a company. She pursues the challenge and satisfaction of coaching and guiding people in their professional career, and fostering alignment between an individual's journey and the company’s. First and foremost, Amy focuses on helping the team to reach its potential.
Amy also focuses on building efficient and people-friendly processes that evolve and scale with the company. She single-handedly built a successful nation-wide electronics distribution company in Australia and spent years at Deloitte as a technology consultant for large enterprises across many industries.
Amy joined Censia to build a solution that focuses on aligning the right people with the right opportunities, with the goal of placing people in roles where they are most valued and best positioned to reach their potential.
Tim is a highly experienced and tenured sales professional with a track record of success selling SaaS solutions into some of the most challenging and influential companies around the globe. Tim was one of the initial enterprise hires at Marketo, a SaaS marketing automation company that during Tim’s tenure, scaled from 50 employees to over 1,200, saw revenue growth in the enterprise division from 1M ARR to over 120M ARR, and was a prominent member of the go to market team that saw the company through a successful $1B+ IPO. After Marketo Tim joined a SaaS startup (EverString) as one of the initial founding business members in the predictive analytics and AI space for sales and marketing. Tim was a key member of the team that helped the company raise a $12M Series A and 15 months later a $65M Series B round, both the largest in the sector at the time, led by Lightspeed Ventures.
Tim joined Censia as one of the initial executive team members after joining 1-Page in January of 2017. Tim has a passion for consultative selling and helping complex organizations leverage cutting edge technology and best practices to optimize performance and process improvement. Tim has a firm belief that talent is a firm’s greatest asset and the way that organizations find and asses top talent is broken but also represents the greatest leverage point for explosive growth, innovation and process optimization. Tim joined Censia because the mission of the company and it’s leadership is 100% aligned with the passion in his own life, helping professionals, customers, and employees be the best versions of themselves.
Rebecca is an accomplished, creative, and highly adaptable Product Management professional with over 20 years of success at IBM owning, leading, and working with global cross-discipline teams to innovate, transform, deliver, and evangelize both on premise and cloud-based enterprise software solutions generating $100M-$1B annually. These solutions span a wide variety of market domains including data management, application development and management, big data, analytics, core banking and AI.
During her tenure she also acted as Recruiting Manager for Stanford University, specializing in finding talented software engineers, designers and product managers to bring into the company. Her most recent role as Product Management Lead for IBM’s Watson Customer Experience Analytics solution allowed her to work with worldwide clients, business partners, analysts, and across IBM to understand and deliver key solution features that provide high fidelity visualizations, analytics, and cognitive insights to help optimize the omni-channel customer journey, improve the customer experience and maximize business results.
Rebecca’s passion is to improve businesses and consumer lives by synthesizing and advancing a diverse range of emerging & established technologies, hiring & cultivating talent, and establishing a customer-first, innovative and team-oriented culture.
